Just Hired: Schuyler Emerick

MACOMB, IL - - Meet Schuyler Emerick, a Spring 2024 graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. He recently began a career with DICKEY-john, an agricultural technology company.

Emerick said he began his path to DICKEY-john at WIU鈥檚 annual Agriculture Career Fair.

鈥淚 got the job applying through their booth at the 麻豆传媒内幕career fair,鈥� Emerick said. 鈥淚 had a follow up phone call and an interview where they asked me about my background and a few other questions about farming and my schooling.鈥�

Emerick felt the classes at 麻豆传媒内幕helped prepare him for the interview process, ensuring his spot in the company.

鈥溌槎勾�媒内幕provided a lot of information about how to be professional and impressive at a job interview,鈥� Emerick said.

During his time at WIU, Emerick was a member of the Alpha Gamma Sigma fraternity and he plans to remain involved, supporting his fraternity and returning for multiple 麻豆传媒内幕events.
