Grants
Grants are funds that do not need to be repaid, similar to scholarships 鈥� they are essentially 鈥渇ree money鈥�. The only application required for these specified programs is the (FAFSA) Free Application for Federal Student Aid, which determines a student鈥檚 financial need. Grants are available from state and federal resources, and are subject to annual budgets and appropriations.
